The Crocheted Fried Egg

This mix mainly presents some friendly house and dub techno tracks, including some current classics of the netaudio worlds, more for a smooth evening than for exploring big innovations, although there might be some unusual sounds or tracks included. Otherwise it would be a bit boring.

This mix is a “remix” of a DJ set played live last Friday at the wonderful Weinerei in Nürnberg. Normally the live recorded version would have been released instead of a “synthetic” mix, but the non Creative Commons tracks had to be removed from the set to make it (legally) free to release.

This set got its name from a real crocheted fried egg. It was forgotten by a guest at the club that night and he moved heaven and earth to get it back. So this egg was the most important thing of that night (besides the music of course ;).
